Source quality rated as "medium"...Really?

This entry for Nathan Powers is rated as "medium". It has no sources, no family members, no "memories" or comments. The only information given is the name & birth/death dates. This is just poor genealogical work, and to give it a score of "medium" enables the lazy.

It's been merged so difficult to see, but there was a baptism entered apparently when this person was first added in 2012, so there is evidence of a person; whether that is enough for a Medium score I don't know.
Of greater concern is the merge which is of two different persons both of whom originally entered because of a baptism. Given the generation-sized gap between these two baptisms, it is not obvious they are the same person at all. (The only time I can imagine that is if one is actually a birth not a baptism; a Friends birth and a later baptism for marriage purposes can do that, certainly in England.)
I suppose in any case the merge will have to be undone.
