Title confused with first name in DQS

Source Consistency warning: This person has a first name of Anthony, which does not match the name Coln.

Coln. Malone, "New York, Passenger Arrival Lists (Ellis Island), 1892-1925"

The Coln. [i.e. Colonel] is in the Title box of the Name field for MVX9-27V. I am not sure why it then triggers this warning. Can anyone see what is happening? (Or is it an error in the algorithm?)
