Hi!
Yes, you are correct. It does say that he left behind a widow (meghagyott özvegynek férje): Rozina Stenhubl. It also states that he was a peasant (jobbagy) in Gajdlan.

Also, the Hungarian Genealogical Word List is a great resource.

Edit: I hadn't refreshed my page, but now I see Ellie responded already:)
Translation:
Jósef Steinhübl died at noon on 27 April 1848 at age 56 after receiving the last rites. He was buried on 29 April 1848 at 8 a.m., was a bondsman/serf in Gajdel, and Rosina Steinhübl is his widow.
The Hungarian Genealogical Word List on the FamilySearch Wiki is a helpful resource; besides a word list (which you can search using CTRL and F on your keyboard), there are also a few grammatical explanations. Among other things, it explains that possession can be shown by, among others, the endings -nek, and that the ending is attached to what is possessed. It also states that -ott indicates past tense. In your record, we have meghagyott özvegynek férje (meghagyott meaning left-over or remaining, özvegy meaning widow[er], and férj meaning husband). Putting that together, we have Rosina, the remaining/surviving widow of the husband. That would explain why you're seeing Rosina's death record several years later.
