Merging People in "Different Trees"

It would be helpful if this issue was automated since it would greatly impact my user experience. Is there some way to automate a request for individuals in confidential spaces to be merged with their respective duplicates, rather than just notifying the user that they can't be merged (without going through the tedious process of sending an email to FamilySearch along with all of the relevant information to facilitate the merge)?

@CHS24 thank you for your feedback. In referring to "different trees" are you meaning bringing in a Gedcom from a third party product into FamilySearch? We just need some clarification :)
