Translation Request
I can usually figure out my ancestor's German script church vital records, even though I don't know German. But I have spent hours on the attached birth record and cannot figure out what it is saying. Apparently it is the baptism record for Johann Jacob, the son of my ancestor Georg Caspar Benedict Brandtner. But it starts with the abbreviation NB—which I believe is Latin or German for nota bene which means "please note" or similar. But, it doesn't give a birth date or place. It says something at the bottom, including an abbreviation which I cannot figure out. Help Please?

Note well: A little son of Georg Caspar Bened[ict] Brandner was baptised as Johann Jacob, whom God has taken to Himself again from this world.
