Also, if you're simply looking for the birthday, when on Geneteka if you hover over the "i", it will tell you the date of birth.

Thank you, Camille. I will look through that document. I'm not familiar with the characters in this alphabet so it's a challenge to determine what I am looking at. I was sent these images so I don't have the links, but I value these images of source documents for family history research.

It certainly does take time to learn this alphabet, but I think those videos and the "How to" guides will speed up your learning tremendously! You can do this!
