Help needed in tracing Russian Ancestors

My great grandfather Vladimir Skopichenko born about 1837 in Pskov, Guberniya, Russia.
He married inabout 1895 in Pstov Raion, Pskov Oblast, Russia. I donot have his wife's name, only that she was born about 1839 in Russia. Any help on finding records would be greatly appreciated.
