View Relationship not working

No matter who I click (after my parents) on in my family tree … View Relationship shows no relationship.
When it wasn't showing any relationship while attaching record hints from the Hint Campaign page, I tried my father - shows relationship. I tried my grandfathers and grandmothers … no relationship.

I just tried it on the 6ggf that I had open, and it worked just fine. Ditto for a random 1C4R and a 3ggm.
Have your parents somehow gotten their relationships to their parents removed?
