@dhartmann Check your private messages, please. Look for a red number on the envelope at the top right. I visited my FSC this morning and retrieved the record you wanted.

Sorry I haven't thanked you sooner as we have been out of town. This is a new request for me that I have not done before. I do not know where my private messages are. I do drive to SLC family history center from Heber any chance I can. I would like to be as proficient as possible even though I know little of the Polish language and less of Russian. Is it possible you can direct me to where the messages are?

@RondaRose1 The image will not be in your private messages. The request was made by dhartmann, and the image of the record was sent to the private messages of dhartmann. Private messages are account specific.
Private messages are found by viewing the envelope at the top right. There will be a red number on the envelope when you have a message.
The regulations regarding restricted records do not allow me to post the image here in the Community.
