Please provide corrections to what I have determined this record says: No. 802 , house#61

Johannes Apel V Shepherd, widower of Catharnia Elisabeth nee Lohrbach ??? (this word gets spelled out in birth records of the two children they had-) Stöcker, son of ?? Andreas apel and Sophia nee Claus

I have the dates but would appreciate the notes in the last column.

Hello @TrishAndersen,

Johannes Apel V, shoemaker, widower of Katharina Elisabeth, née Lohrbach, verm[ählt] = previous married name Stöcker, son of the farmer Andreas Apel and his wife Sophia, née Claus.

I can only read the first line in the last column because of the low resolution:
starb an Schlaganfall = died of a stroke.

And the very last word in the paragraph is: beerdigt = buried.

The text in the remarks column is:

Starb an Schlaganfall. Auf Grund einer ärztlichen Bescheinigung vor dem gesetzlichen Termin beerdigt.

Translation:

Died of a stroke. Buried before the statutory date on the basis of a medical certificate.
