Google Chrome OS Flex Basics

FamilySearch Center Leaders:

Can you recommend tutorials specifically created for Chrome OS Flex users?  As you know, most of our FamilySearch Centers in the U.S. will convert from Windows to this operating system within the next year or so.  

I have been searching online for hours without much luck.  Most Flex training or YouTube videos I have run across explain how to install Chrome OS Flex, only.  While others provide a detailed explanations on ChromeBooks, but not Chrome OS Flex. 

I am looking primarily for staff Flex training for operations like navigation, screen copying, cropping, scanning, file manipulation, photo editing, etc.

I am also interested in training tools for staff. We are grateful for the Google ChromeOS Help Guide provided by the FamilySearch Field Technicians. I'm sure formal training tools will be provided in time.

There are two icons you may find helpful:

1. The Chrome Flex App Launcher is located in the lower left hand corner of the screen. The icon is a small grey circle and will open many functions you may find helpful.
2. The flag in the lower right corner of the screen will open a window which will allow you to make changes, such as adding another internet connection if you are working using FamilySearch out in the community on a different Wi-Fi site. Other options are also available, but you may want to discuss them with your local tech before making any changes.

You many find this YouTube video link helpful, but as far as I know we're unable to customize or save any settings in Flex. As a result we are primarily looking for staff training for operations like navigation, screen copying, cropping, scanning, file manipulation, photo editing, etc.

So I read, How To Use ChromeOS Chromebook! (Complete Beginners Guide) referenced in @JerryKern 's post above. Under the "Editing Microsoft Office Files" there is a link, "Click here to watch a video demonstration." That link is broken.
