I know that the FS website has been having some glitches the last couple of days, so perhaps this problem is an artifact of those issues. [One of several threads about website problems: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/166826/i-cannot-open-any-sources-on-the-web-site-is-there-a-tech-problem-that-family-search-is-aware-of]

Vital Audon M15M-XHD has 4 sources attached; 2 are indexed, while 2 are not.

The PQS calls out a conflict "This person has no indexed sources."
