Transcription/Translation Request Please. 1818 Marriage of Jan Becker Szczeglice
Hello,
I am hoping someone could help with transcription of an 1818 Szczeglice parish marriage record - link attached. The record is #105. A few things I'm seeing (may or not be correct!) are german colonists, Jan Becker (20 years old?) son of Margaretha Becker? from Ogledow and Anna S? (20 years old?), daughter of Johann S? from Peclawice. Witnesses Jana S? father (49 years old), Theodor Staudenheimer 42 years old, Ludwik Becker (33 years old) from Peclawice, Ludwik Belcer (32 years old) .
Thanks for your help!
Susanne

Marriage Record No. 105, Pęcławice village, Szczeglice Parish, Priest acting as Officer of Civil Records Office for Gmina Szczeglice, District Staszów, Province (Wojewodztwo) Sandomierz, of Jan Bekier, a settler, according to statement of those who know him (akt znania when unable to obtain birth record), from Podzedkowski Court, District Staszow, dated 22nd October 1818, he is 19 years old, working as a servant (laborer) in Pęcławice, he is living in village Ogledowo, with his mother, Malgorzata Bekier (wife of Bekier), and of a maiden, Anna Sztyber, a settler, showing by the statement of those who know her, written in court Podziedkowski (?), District Staszów, dated the 22nd October 1818, that she is 19 years old, she lives in her parental home, with her father, Jan Sztyber, a settler with a farm in Pęcławice. Both parties request that we proceed with marriage ceremony, two Marriage Banns were published, posted on the door of our office. No impediment to this marriage was detected, and the parents who are present give permission for this marriage. We asked individually the groom and the bride if they want to marry each other, and each one of them stated that such was their will. We read all the documents submitted, and we proclaim that according to the law Jan Bekier and Anna Sztyber are united in marriage. We have written this record in the presence of Jan Sztyber, father of the bride, he is 49 years old, Teodor Schlandenchmer, 42 years old, Ludwik Beker, 33 years old, those three witnesses are from Pęcławice, and Ludwik Beker also a settler, 32 years old, is from village Lupsy (?), District Staszow. This record was read and signed. Signatures of Ludwig Becher (?), and Jan Sztuber.
