Does anyone know a good way to search for a passanger lists for about 1897 traveling from hungary to
I found a new piece of family information: My family story is that my great grandfather George Miskho first came to Pennsylvania, USA from Hungary with a shoemaker at age 12. He was born 29 Dec 1885 in Hungary. I have a ship record of him coming to NY at age 18 from Jahrmarkt (Giarmata, Romania) but he may of been here before. Does anyone know a good way to search for a passanger lists for about 1897 traveling from hungary to Pennsyvania, USA?

You can try Ellis Island which began in 1892. Is that where you found his later one? Also, be sure to search different spellings of his last name. https://www.libertyellisfoundation.org/passenger

I do not know of any online options for Hungary to US emigration but the Family History Library has collected almost 50 Hungarian emigration/immigration books. They cannot be viewed online yet but they might be digitized later. You could try WorldCat or Google to see if you could find the books somewhere else online. They are listed in the catalog under:
HUNGARY - EMIGRATION AND IMMIGRATION
HUNGARY - EMIGRATION AND IMMIGRATION - INDEXES
What religion was he? There are church records in the FamilySearch Card Catalog but not for these years. If he was Catholic there is a genealogy of Catholics Ortssippenbuch der katholischen Pfarrgemeinde Jahrmarkt im Banat https://tinyurl.com/ydxs5sd6 but it is not digitized.

I like to use the Ancestry Passenger List Collection found here: https://www.ancestry.com/search/categories/img_passlists/

The Ellis Island links given by everyone else are useless if he actually arrived in Pennsylvania.
FamilySearch has passenger lists for Philadelphia:

A quick search for "Gyorgy Misko" did not turn him up, but these are passenger lists, the handwriting can be atrocious and there's a lot of scope for misindexing.

Have you tried searching the Baltimore ship lists?

No, where would I find those?

Again, a quick search for "Gyorgy Misko" did not turn up anyone with the right dates, but more creative searching may help.

My Banat ancestors are from Josefsdorf, very near Jahrmarkt. They left in December 1897 traveling from Bremen to Baltimore, which is why your request got my attention. On the ship lists, their name is spelled very incorrectly and it was not close enough spelling to get picked up in any of the searches.
Given my experience, my recommendation is to go through the manifests manually, rather than using an automated search. This is a long shot, but (in my opinion) it is well worth your time to look. The 1820-1897 Baltimore lists are on Family Search at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2173933 as well as in the other link mentioned above (https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2018318).
Using the keyword search in the catalog at Family Search for Maryland Baltimore Passenger Lists returns a lengthy list for Baltimore. While I have not needed to use this list, it could offer you some suggestions. It may need to be manually searched as well. https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&query=%2Bkeywords%3AMaryland%20%2Bkeywords%3ABaltimore%20%2Bkeywords%3APassenger%20%2Bkeywords%3ALists.
Hopefully this helps.
