Godparents: Jacobus (Jakub) Mateja, a miller from Szlachtowa, and Anna, daughter of Alexius (Aleksy) Szczerbicki, farmers in Szlachtowa.

You may find the place Stará Ľubovňa, SK using pilot.pl or mapa.szukacz.pl and when you do not find it in Poland, change PL to Slovakia which was at that time Austro-Hungarian Empire. Stará Ľubovňa is very close, 16 kilometers south of Szlachtowa in malopolskie.
