You may check metryki.genealodzy.pl they have most records from Dobrzyn nad Wisla and Lipno, Evangelical Parishes. With metryki.genealodzy.pl enter the Parish name, on the left you will have the Evangelical Parishes: Dobrzyn nad Wisla and Lipno. Click on the number in green on the left hand side, you will have list of years U=urodzenia or births, M=Malzenstwa or Marriages, Z= Deaths, select year which you need. Then find if there is SkU= Index of births SkM=index of marriage, or SkZ = index of deaths.

There is also indexed records site for both of those parishes in szpejankowski.eu - Metryki, wykazy osob - indeksowane parafie - you will find there indexes till about 1835. Enjoy your research.
