Would someone help me figure out the religion and translate a note on the right side of two document
Hi there,
I found a Freila Misko death 10 Apr 1872 and a Demetrius Misko death 11 May 1872 in Szepfalu, Temes, Hungary. What religion is Graec Orient? Also what does the note say by each record on Observationes for each one? They are a bit different?
Is in unusual that Szepfulu has listed other religions besides Roman Catholic? I have not seen that in surrounding villages? I have been looking for Misko is surrounding villages but see only roman catholic in their death records.
The third attachment is the other Misko I found in Szepfalu. It says she is Greek Catholic. She does not live in the same house as Friela and Demetrius, so I don't know if she is related. Just curious if the Graec Orient and Greek Catholic are different reliigions...and if birth records would be in seperate locations...

Why don't you use google?
In my point of view more important Demetrius was "illegitimus" extramarital child.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Orthodox_Church
Graec Orient -> They are Eastern Orthodox
They don't accepted the pope in Rome.
But in Hungary Poland and Ukraine after 16xx they accept the Pope in Rome but in return all other orthodox features (course of ceremony, language, wearing regulations, etc.) could be retained. They are the Greek Catholic.

As Tamás said, "Graec. Orient." is Greek Orthodox (eastern rite and eastern heirarchy), while "Graec. Cath." is Greek Catholic (eastern rite but western heirarchy).

I recently encountered a bunch of Lutherans in the Catholic register in mid- to late-1800s Liptó county (now Slovakia). I don't know the explanation for that, either. Earlier (pre-Edict of Toleration, late 1700s), there were places where everyone had to be recorded in the Catholic register, but that obviously doesn't apply here.
