There are two separate comments in the last column. The first says -

Die Mutter ist nicht Mitglied der Gemeinde. = The mother is not a member of the parish.

The second comment was added later and says -

Starb am 15. Aug. 1854 am schweren Durchbruch der Zähne. = Died on 15 Aug 1854 from a severe eruption of the teeth.
