Both parties (groom and bride) do not have (living) parents, relatives, or close friends. The two Marriage Banns were published by placing them on the door of Gmina Office, and no impediment was detected. Only the close neighbors gave permission for this marriage. After reading all the documents responding to the request of both parties, and after reading the Section 6 of the Napoleon Code about Marriage, we asked the future husband and the future wife, if they want to be united in marriage, and each one of them separately responded that such was their will, we therefore proclaim that in the name of law Michal Prusiemski, a bachelor, and Lucya (Lucja) Duszynska, a maiden, are united together in marriage. We recorded it in the presence of Marcin Pielarczyk, 50 years old, Franciszek Maloszek, 40 years old, Walenty Kedziera, 61 years old, Kacper Malerowicz, farmers residing in village and Gmina Chojne, also in the presence of Kajetan Kowalewski, who used to be an organist in Chojne, and Karol Wysocki, a steward in Chojne Manor.
