Marriage, R. Kawecki and K. Kozlinska, 1832, Sieradz - Margin Note

I'm looking at the marriage record of Roch Kawecki and Katarzyna Kozlińska (ref 1)

The surname Koźlińska appears crossed out and on the left margin there is a note which I cannot decipher.

I found Katarzyna's birth record, which also lists Kozlińska as her last name; so I'm not sure why it would have gotten crossed out on the Marriage document?

At 17 years old, and living with her parents, I do not belive she was a widow.

Marriage Record No. 70, page 102, Sieradz, dated the 19th October 1832, of Roch Kawecki, a young man, glazier (working with glass), resident of Sieradz, born in Smolary, son of Jakob and Dorota, born Kucharska, married couple Kawecki, they lived in Stolec, he is 24 years old, and of a maiden, Katarzyna, daughter of Lukasz and Helena, married couple Kozlinski, she is 17 years old, born in Sieradz, and living with her parents in Sieradz. This marriage was preceded by three Marriage Banns announced in Sieradz Parish, the oral permission of the present parents of the newly-weds was granted. There was no impediment to this marriage detected. No prenuptial agreement entered into. This record was read and signed. Witnesses: Jozef Ziet, 50 years old, and Walenty Szymala, 60 years old.

Sorry, I cannot figure out the note in margin either. I checked the birth record of Katarzyna Kozlinska and it appears all right. No idea why it was crossed out in this marriage record. The third line in this margin note is the signature of the priest.
