Marriage Record No. 2, Jawornik Polski, dated the 5th February 1891, of Andreas (Andrzej in Polish) Suberlak, a Catholic, 33 years and 7 months old, House No. 19, a widower, after death of his wife, Victoria (Wiktoria), born Jamrozik, he is son of Paulus (Pawel) Suberlak and of Margaritha (Małgorzata), born Łątka, resident of Jawornik, and of a maiden, Catharina (Katarzyna) Piątek, a Catholic, 18 years and 3 months old, daughter of Jacobus (Jakub) Piątek and Marianna, born Bury, originating from, born and residing in village Jawornik. Witnesses: Jacobus (Jakub) Spławiński, a farmer, Antonius Piątek, a farmer, a blacksmith, from Zaczbienice (?).
