civil death translation, pls
Hi, I am hoping to get a translation of the following link… and do you know why the Standesamt sometimes writes in the margins instead of filling out the form? Thanks!

Hello @RHass,
This is the death record for an unnamed daughter who died at birth. The preprinted form apparently didn't easily lend itself to recording stillbirths and the deaths of children who died at or soon after birth. I believe the registrar found it simpler/easier/better to record the death in the margin as opposed to filling out the form. I've seen these marginal civil death reports previously for these types of deaths.
Translation:
Number 14.
Friedheim, on the 3rd of March 1875.
Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally known, the inhabitant Julius Janke, residing in Friedheim, and reported that from Emilie Janke, née Marks, his wife, Evangelical religion, residing with him in Friedheim, on the 3rd of March of the year 1875 in the morning at 4:00 am a child of the female gender was born and that this child had died at birth. (Adjacent 28 printed words deleted.)
Read aloud, approved, and signed: J. Janke.
The Civil Registrar: [signature].
