I think that the above link only shared one page of the marriage. Hope it works for those that don't have ancestry subscriptions. I forgot to post the next page. Thanks again for everyone's willingness to share their talent for translating. I know that I've posted a lot in a couple of weeks. I've pretty much squeezed as much information from my family from this database as I could. It sure has helped a lot. Thanks again.

Hello @Jared Lee Sommer,
Translation:
Number 8.
(Register of Marriage Proclamations, no. 8)
Kerzdorf, on the 4th of June 1927.
Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today for the purpose of marriage:
(1) the barber/hairdresser Hermann Fritz Sommer, personally known, born 7 June 1902 at Lauban, Birth Register no. 173 of the Civil Registration Office in Lauban, Evangelical religion, residing in Lauban, Naumburgerstrasse no. 35.
(2) the single Martha Anna Wagner, personally known, born 17 July 1900 at Holzkirch, District Lauban, Birth Register no. 52 in the Civil Registration Office in Holzkirch, Evangelical religion, residing in Holzkirch.
[Page 2]:
Witnesses were called and appeared:
(3) the work assistant Hermann Sommer, personally known, 58 years old, residing in Kerzdorf.
(4) the mason Paul Wagner, personally known, 49 years old, residing in Holzkirch.
The registrar asked the betrothed individually and one after the other the question: whether they want to marry each other. The betrothed answered this question in the affirmative and the registrar responded that by virtue of the civil code they are now legally married spouses.
Read aloud, approved, and signed:
Fritz Sommer.
Martha Sommer, née Wagner.
Hermann Sommer.
Paul Wagner.
The Civil Register: Hieke.
My comment: This is the original marriage record and the signatures are the actual signatures of the groom, bride, witnesses, and registrar.
