Cindy,
I take it you mean the family of Mary Schloguh per her obituary from mazomaniehistory.org (linked).
The Hamburg passenger list (22 May 1857, ship: Falcon) entry for the family of Karl and Maria Schluch indicates that they came from Dulitz, Ungarn [German for Hungary].
The place is known by several variations: Dulice / Dulitz / Dulicz. Today it's located in Slovakia. (Map) According to the gazetteer on Genteam.at, it was part of the parish of Necpaly. Records for the Protestant parish in Necpaly [linked] are available through the catalog here on FamilySearch.org. Please note that the microfilms for this location are only partially indexed, so you will also need to do some page-by-page searches.

Thanks very much, Thomas! I appreciate your help. It looks like Schluch is a common surname in Slovakia.
