Dismiss not working
Just confirming what others have mentioned - the Dismiss button is not yet functional.
I had refrained from dismissing while the algorithm was under constant revision because I wanted to see if those errors that weren't really errors would disappear once the algorithm was revised.
But, today, I attempted to dismiss a few, especially ones that are the result of poor indexing or bad handwriting. Mary Lavelle's name [GN4W-9WS] really does look more like Mary Lorel on her marriage record, but I have several other records supporting Lavelle. But I can't dismiss the error.

Is this a scenario where the first time the DISMISS button is clicked for a selected message, the overlay is closed (revealing the PQS panel again), but the offending message has not been removed from the list? Subsequent attempts to dismiss the message result in a message being popped up: "! Something went wrong. Please try again later.". The overlay does not close in this case, and nothing is added to the "Dismissed Helps" section of "Research Helps".
This seems to be related to the category of message. In the case of John Henry Keightley (GH3Y-4HF), there are 2 "Consistent with Sources" messages and 1 "Data Is Conflict Free" message that behave in this way. On the other hand, he also has 2 "Data is Complete" which can be dismissed and then undone via "Dismissed Helps".

Update: as of 17 Apr 24 the "dismiss button" issue has been corrected. Thank you for your feedback :)
