My wife’s Grandmother

I am trying to locate my Wife’s great Grandmother birth certificate. All the information I have is the following:

Rosarie Puzuti she was born in Italy in 1899 or 1900. She died in 1988 in Spokane Washington but I can’t locate the death certificate.

Her birthdate could be 25 October 1899 or 1900. She supposedly was from Aiello Calabro, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy. I do not know what to do from here.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That's almost certainly a butchering of her actual surname.
