Hi @JoanCKing,
Sorry about the delay in answering your question but I wanted to be sure I give you the correct information.
The top record above is to "announce/publish" the christening of the illegitimate child of Anne Nielsdatter who claims that the child's father is Albret Nielsen of Karup. The reason that Rasmus Andersen's wife, Maren Jensdatter of Almtoft, is mentioned is that she is the one who presented the child when the christening was announced/published in the church. I don't see any indication that the child was "home-baptized", but that is usually the case when the christening is "announced/published in the church" as this record says. The child's birth date was Saturday 16 February 1799. The date of the church announcement is 2nd day of Easter in 1799 (25 March). The child's name is Niels.
The middle record above is to announce in the church the christening of Rasmus Andersen's and his wife Maren Jensdatter's child of Almtoft who was born Monday 23 September 1799. The date of the announcement in the church is 24th Sunday after Trinity-3 November 1799. This record says the child was "home-baptized" and called Niels. It also says he was held at the christening by "sin = his, hers, its" sister Maren. I am not at all sure whose sister Maren is - she could be Rasmus Andersen's or Maren Jensdatter's, or even the child's, Niels' sister. At any rate, Maren is working at Scharloten Lund(?).
In the bottom record above, it appears that Albret Nielsen and Anne Nielsdatter got married and are now having the christening of another child, also named Niels, announced/published on 3rd Sunday in Faste (21 March 1802). See the Moveable Feast day calendar here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Denmark:_Moveable_Feast_Days_in_1802). It says he was born in the "middle of the night of 18th and 19th of January"-I guess you can choose whichever date you wish for the actual birth date! It says he was home-baptized. He was held at the christening (in the church) by Rasmus Andersen's sister, Dorthe Marie of Almtoft. One of the witnesses for the christening is the "wife's sister (ie. Anne Nielsdatter's sister) Maren Nielsdatter of Siørslef (Sjørslev), a neighboring parish.
If you haven't already done it, you should probably look for the death of Albret's and Anne's first Niels sometime between 1799 and 1802 in Hørup.
