Invite
When sending an invitation by the administrator or by a member of the group in an email, how does the administrator or anyone else know the invited person has accepted? Will they just show up in the group?

The Administrator should get a notification (notification bell at top right hand) and/or an email notifying him that the person has accepted his invitation. Depends somewhat on how you have your notifications set. I have always received an email notifying me. But, yes, everyone would be able to see the new member in the member list.
