Meaning of a phrase in a 1681 Alsace marriage record

Not sure I have the correct interpretation of the last phrase and how it fits with the overall meaning of this marriage record for a woman who had her first marriage ended due to adultery. Can you please confirm, and what might be the word with the question mark? Thanks!

I read the last sentence as:

...aber bißher sich bußfertig und eingezogen beÿ uns gehalten hat.

...but has so far kept herself penitent and withdrawn with us.

The term in the first sentence is:

... auß obrigkeitlicher Vergönnung ...

... with official approval ....
