Instructions
I am trying to Add Family Tree to an existing group. The Video instructions say to open the group and click on Edit Group. When I click on my group the only choice I have is to Edit Details so as an administrator I am not able to Add the Family Tree option nor build a Tree. I have called Family Search support and they have had no training to help. Those responsible to provide support need to be trained first or beta testers need to have ways to get help. Why is the training provided at Roots tech not recorded for those of us that are online participants? We are not able to ask questions or get help provided at the Salt Palace.

@garthgooch1.5322218023582146E12 You have come to the right place. Remember, that Family Group Trees is still under development. Not everything will work all the time. Not everyone at FamilySearch has had access to it yet. All the existing documentation should be listed in the FamilySearch Labs instructions that you view to find out more about this tool.
For your specific problem, can you tell me what operating system you are using, the browser or app that you are using and would it be possible to send a screenshot of the Group details page? This information will help the product team sort out your issue and find a resolution for you.

@garthgooch1.5322218023582146E12 I saw this issue earlier. For that user, they needed to click "Edit Group" and then check the 2nd permission option. See the above screenshot, and make sure the area highlighted in red is checked. If it's not check, there will be no option to add a tree.

If you are not seeing the option, you need to turn on early access.
- Go to FamilySearch.org/labs
- Click Family Group Trees
- Click Turn on Early Access.
