Puzzilla Premium Does Not Seem to Work Through Portal
When clicking on Puzzilla on the portal page, the extra premium buttons/options don't show. It just stays on the same three button options available in the free version. So apparetly it is not going to premium.
I checked the Wiki portal page and Puzzilla Premium is still listed as offered.
Additionally, Puzzilla (even outside of the portal link) seems to be having the following issues:
- Links to all their videos are broken
- Cannot subscribe to the Premium content
- I have emailed through their link, no response yet
My questions:
- Is Puzzilla premium working at any other FamilySearch center?
- Does anyone here already have a paid premium account, and if so, can you still access the premium items?
- Perhaps someone has a way to contact the site manager for Puzzilla to see what is going on?
I am afraid that Puzzilla might be fading into the dust? I hope not, as it is very powerful, and is the best way to help patrons find ancestor names for the temple, but you need the premium to do that,

That said, yes, it is working at our center. I used it just a couple of weeks ago in a workshop with the young women of the ward.
And yes, I also have a premium account at home, which I used first to create the slides to demonstrate what they should see and how to use it.

Well, there is Sunspot activity and solar storms, so there is that to contend with. You are doing this at what time of the day (or night)? I will be checking tonight at our center - 7 pm Pacific).

I understand this is a Puzzilla issue and not an FS issue. Just fyi, we had an issue with Ancestry Library Edition. It kept asking for a login name and password, which is never does. We found out the "green dot" FS extension was alseep (gray). Once we clicked on it to wake it up to green, then Ancestry worked the way it should. In the past, the extension was working even if it was gray. So if one of the Premium websites is not working, try clicking on the green dot extension; wait a few seconds, then go back into the website.

Oh glad I looked at this, my libraries computer are also asking for login on Ancestry Institution, I will have to look for the green dot. Thanks.

The Premium Puzzilla did not work at our Family Search Center at first. It did work after we loaded the Puzzilla extension to the browser.

Apparently this is a known issue with Puzzilla Premium at centers. It stopped working last Monday (Feb 19). The problem is on Puzzilla's side and the owner has been notified and is aware.
The payment portal for Premium (to use at home) also is broken, as are their training video links.

It was playing nice today at our FamilySearch Center. It was the highlight for the patron I was working with. I was very glad it was functioning.

I am at our center, installed the Puzzilla extension, went to Puzzilla through the portal, still only the three buttons available in the free basic plan. You are seeing all the buttons, 10 or so?

Refresh the cache in the computer Memory and the Browser and try again.

The Puzzilla issue has now been resolved and should be working as expected. Thank you to those that reported this was occurring. With the information that was provided, we were able to duplicate the issue and work with Puzzilla to get it resolved.
