Russian Military Grandpa
Hello, I am searching for my Grandpa who was serving in my Country
So the question is what online sources can i check to find him, I know his name, surname, date of birth, and I have a photo of him, And i know exactly where he was serving for a while i didn't find any matches on Family Search and kinda got a match on My heritage but the account is private so i can't really know if that is him...

Very little help we can give you until you let us know what war, what country he was fighting for, etc. You say Russia, but was that Empire of Russia or Soviet Union? You say you have a photo, but was he young and in uniform or an old man?
