Here's the translation -

On 23 February in the year 1816 at 3 in the morning was born to Johann Wolfgang Roeschlein subject and farmer in Dürnnbuch by his wife Anna Magdalena nee Kopp a little son who was baptized on the 25th of the same month and was represented by Johann Michael Roeschlein citizen and grocer in Markt Erlbach. The child was given the name Johann.

[side note] married 1846 [can't read - "als Bauer?] in Zautendorf: O. Magdalena Kreuzer

The marriage record is indeed in Zautendorf in 1846.
