Latin is not my forte, but this record is pretty straightforward -

On 24 October at 3 in the morning in Schweben under No. 110 was born and on the same day baptized Wilhelm David, legitimate son of Heinrich Joseph Voelker, schoolteacher in Schweben, and Eva Elisabetha nee Leibold from Lütter. Godparent was the unmarried Wilhelm David Schrimpff from Schweben.
