If you wish to find addresses of individuals named Paxton in England it is probably best to sign up to 192.com. In the past, I would search telephone directories for this kind of detail, but most people are no longer listed in a phone directory, as they either just have mobile phones or wish to keep their details private.
If it is specifically genealogical research you are interested in, my advice would be to join a family history society that covers the area of England where your Paxton ancestors once lived - and perhaps still do.

Paul, Thanks for your input. I found 100 Living Paxton's - Looks like a pay site to get more information, but it tells me there are a good number of living Paxton's in England. This is good information for me.
How would a find a "family history society" ? can you give me some examples?

Family History Societies are usually county based. For example, there is an Essex FHS and a Norfolk FHS. There are links to those affiliated to the Federation of Family History Societies at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_history_society.
