Question about searching for birth records
Hi, all -- I am trying to search for people born in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1994. When I enter the city and set the date range, it tells me there are 9,319 filtered results, but then only shows me 49 pages with 100 records on each page ... so, 4,900 results.. Has anyone else dealt with this? How do I see the full 9,319 records?

I looked up what years Minnesota birth records are public and it is up to 1934. You will have to go to the Minnesota vital records and purchase it, however you may not be authorized. According to their web site only authorized people may order a birth certificate.

On the screen, you can see many possible matches when you search for historical records. But FamilySearch.org has a limit of 4,000 results that it can display. The number of search results that you see at the top of the results list indicates the number of possible matches. The number of matches can be more than the number of records available for display.
You may want to use filters to limit your results and perhaps cycle through different filters in order to see all of those results. See How do I filter the search results in historical records? to learn more about those filters.
