I have a birth record for Elisabetha Gies from Diedesfeld Germany in 1818.

I have translated the first part 19 October 1818 baptism. The father is Georgio Adamo Gies and mother as Anne Margaretha born Poh. Born to the parents of legitimate marriage. Given the name Elisabetha. The next part is not clear to me.

Matrina erat Elisabetha Poh, uxor Nicolai Poh civis in MayuKammer-Itamacum Jashatur Subjcripti.

Mother named Elisabetha Poh, wife of Nicolai Poh citizen ????????????( I can not transcribe or translate the rest of the document.

Matrina erat Elisabetha Poh, uxor Nicolai Poh civis in Maykammer-Ita mecum testantur Subscripti.

Translation:

Godmother was Elisabetha Poh, the wife of Nicolas Poh in Maykammer - so the undersigned testify with me

Note that the names partly are written in Latin form and declination; the original (German) name of the father is Georg Adam.
