 Below is my attempt at a transliteration. However I wish to verify that the underlined words in bold italics have been correctly transliterated. If I have made other errors, please indicate those as well.

 With regard to the word Heimburger, according to Thode’s Dictionary, there are two similarly spelled words and spelling at this time wasn’t standardized:

·        Heimberger = mayor

·        Heimbuerge, -bürge = village judge, mortician

Since the word is spelled with a “u” I will go with the latter option. However, there seems to be quite a difference in being a village judge and a mortician. Do you know if one of these was more common in this location and time period for the word Heimburger?

I think the word in question is Heimbürger (with u-Umlaut). According to German dictionaries the meaning of this term or occupation may have changed depending on time and location, see https://woerterbuchnetz.de/?sigle=GlobalSearch&lemma=heimb%C3%BCrger, e.g., in Frühneuhochdeutsches Wörterbuch:

Holder of a municipal office with (perhaps locally) very different (administrative) tasks: 'village head, mayor, village judge'; also: 'administrator of the municipal assets; deputy or assistant to the village head; court clerk'; the exact function cannot always be clearly reconstructed from the documents. 

I agree with your reading of the words (names) in bold italics. A few minor corrections below in bold:
