Center Tools class times in Military time

When I go to the View Public page when I am in Center tools, the class times are in Military time. They show regular times within Center Tools. I don't think anyone will show up, because the time is so confusing.

The time displayed on the View Public page is based on your computer's default time format and time zone, rather than the server's.

Does this occur on only one machine or on other machines as well?
