Marriage Record no. 5, House no. 212, Głogów Małopolski Parish, 6th February 1861, Philippus (Filip) Bazan, Catholic, Bachelor, 38 years old, son of Martini (Marcin) Bazan, and Catharina (Katarzyna) Silkowna, and a maiden, Ewa (Eva) Kubas, a Catholic, 26 years old, daughter of Michaelis (Michal) Kubas, and Agnes (Agnieszka) Bala. Witnesses: Valentine? ?Koska and Gregor

Marriage Record No. 5, Glogow Malopolski Parish, dated the 6th February 1861, of Philippus (Filip in Polish) Bazan, House No. 212, a Catholic, bachelor, 38 years old, retired  from the military, a guard in village Glogow, son of deceased Martinus (Marcin) Bazan, a farmer, and of deceased Catharina (Katarzyna) Solkowna (daughter of Solka) from Wysoka, and of a maiden, Eva (Ewa) Kubas, Ramerownaria (?), a Catholic, 26 years old, daughter of deceased Michael (Michal) Kubas, a farmer, and of deceased Agnes (Agnieszka), from Bala. Witnesses: Valentinus (Walenty) Ruskoski, a gravedigger from Grogow, and Thomas (Tomasz) Usypa, a military from Grogow.
