Entry #49 appears to be an illegitimate child. Could you please correct my attempt at transcription?

There is something just below, but I don't know if it belongs to #49 or #50.

N.B. parta antea poenetia [previously acquired penance ?]

Could you please translate the above as well?

If Anton Gläseker above is the same one as my ancestor, he married to another woman, Trine Ilsabein Brinckman in 1725 and had children with her. I'm trying to figure out if this is the same man from the above christening record as well. Any suggestions are most welcome.
