Requesting Translation Assistance
Hi Maria,
I have found quite a few more records at the library over the past couple of weeks. In addition, there are about twelve more that I get online from home and there are another twelve that I can get at the library on Sunday. I wanted to use your services while they are available, but I don't want to become more of a nuisance than I already am.
I have decided to try learning Polish through Rosetta Stone to see whether that will help. I am 64 years old and speak Spanish, some Portuguese, Italian, French, Russian and a few words of Czech, so I don't know how much more that I can absorb. I do have a great deal of difficulty reading the handwriting. I asked my sister-in-law and her daughter whether they could help with the translation, but they could not read the handwriting either.
I would appreciate it if you could assist with the translation of the attached record. After this, I will give you a little break.
Location: Jednostka - Szukaj w Archiwach. Slide Number 39 of 57. Record Number 88.
Thank you for all of your help and have a good day.
Sincerely,
Stephen

Stephen, you can learn to translate Polish records using “How to” Guides in Research Wiki, and comparing the text of records with my translations. It will get easier after some time, just as you have learned other languages.
