Birth Record No. 25, Mlawa, of Henryk Jantz, born in Rochnia on the 14th April 1855, christened on the 18th August 1859, son of Jakob Jantz, a farmer in Rochnia, 24 years old, and of his wife, Henryka, born Rystan, 24 years old. Witnesses: Jakob Wegolewski, 27 years old, and Jan Pekrul, 46 years old, farmers from Rochnia.  Godparents: Jakub Wegolewski and Ludwika Pekrul. The delay in reporting the birth was due to sickness in the place of worship in Proszkowo of their cantor, and due to tardiness of the father of the child.

There is no mention of the grandfather of the child. This child was more than 4 years old when christened.
