Requesting help with analysis of a baptism record

I would like help trying to figure out the notation found on this baptism record for Franciszek Niejadlik, specifically the information relating to his death in Italy on 2 February 1944.

I'm trying to understand the meaning of the notation below that information, which appears to read "Radg. Nc. Urup. 54/48 zd. 9 X 1948". I'm pretty sure this relates to information recorded elsewhere on October 9, 1948 and it could be that this is the date that the authorities learned he had died in 1944. Any thoughts?

Also, any idea where I might find any other information on his military service? I've contacted one website specializing in Polish exiles fighting in WW2 (https://www.polishexilesofww2.org/) and they did not find any information in their records.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Baptismal Record No. 55, of Franciscus (Franciszek in Polish) Niejadlik, born in House No. 125, on the 19th … baptized on the 22nd …….., a legitimate son of father: Josephus Niejadlik, a farmer, son of Thomas and Anna, born Waz, and of mother: Anna, born Kawa, daughter of Josephus (Jozef in Polish) Kawa and Agatha (Agata in Polish) Jarosz. Godparents: Joannes (Jan) Dudek and Apolonia Zielinska, farmers. Note on this birth record: Cross signifying death and date 2nd February 1944 in Italy.

Please note that there are several entries with family trees of Franciszek Niejadlik in MyHeritage, a subscription site, but free in Family Search Centers, showing that he died on the 2nd February 1944 in Rocaseca/Monte Casino, Italy, during the war, and that he was buried in Rocaseca. There is his picture and picture of his wife, Helena, born Golebiewska. But to contact any of site managers for Franciszek Niejadlik in MyHeritage, you will need to have subscription to their site.

Thanks for your help. I had not seen the family trees on MyHeritage, so that is new information for me. Part of my original question remains unanswered. I'm still trying to understand the meaning of the notation below that for his death, specifically the part that reads: "Radg. Nc. Urup. 54/48 zd. 9 X 1948".

Also, the myHeritage family trees say he is buried at Rocasecca/Monte Cassino but one website with a list of burials there (http://cmpi.fondazionemm2c.org/en/) does not list him.

Radg. could be an abbreviation for Radgoszcz Civil Records Office which is near Dabrowa (Tarnowska) and I believe your ancestor was born near that area. You may write to them using their email: urzad@radgoszcz.pl Radgoszcz has several military cemeteries but listed for WWI, year 1917, the later ones could be restricted due to privacy rules. You may write to them in English and they will googletranslate, so be brief and attach the copy of the birth record, specifying the place of birth of your ancestor and the year he was born, also that he died at Monte Casino and when.

Here is location of Radgoszcz, per pilot.pl or mapa.szukacz.pl X the advertisements, click on Ukryj next to Hotele on left to eliminate all Hs which are Hotel advertisements, enter Radgoszcz, use circles to zoom in and you will see some of the military cemeteries.

You may also search Internet for Radgoszcz cmentarze (Radgoszcz cemeteries). I hope the Civil Records Office will give you more specfic information.
