Laura,
The note on the margin written in Russian dated year 1897 seems to indicate that the names in the record are not correct. It is unusual, but later a similar error with correction in the margin is shown on another record. The best solution would be to find the birth records of the children of this couple. They could be listed as Bloch or Milbradt, and they could have been born in year 1895, 1896, or 1897.
My colleague interpreted this note in Russian as follows:
On the side, on the margin of the page:
March 22, 1897. The Justice of the Peace of the city of Konin found a discrepancy: in the general “List of Citizens” Emilia Bloch is indicated, and in the list of Julian’s family (the groom’s brother) Аloise Bloch is listed (most likely, Eloise is Julian’s wife.)
2. On the stamp:
Konin Department, October 4, 1942, No. 300. Died in Gozu.
(Who? Unknown! Maybe Alois or Julian died)
