Note - the place where the father's name is looks something like "obbemeltes Johoes." The "Johoes" may mean Johannes, so I'm wondering if the Johannes Jung named in the first part of the entry is the father of Anna Margareth?

Are you meaning there are two marriages written in the same paragraph record? A marriage of Johannes Jung to Cathrin Adam? If he is her father then the father is being married to a widow?
