I originally thought this was a marriage record, but I also found a death record for a Tomasz Aleksiewicz, dated November 1823. I am trying to make sense of it. Thanks!

Death Record No. 60, Slupca Civil Office, Powiat Pyzdry, Konin District, Kalisz Province, of Tomasz Alexiewicz, who died in Slupca on the 11th November 1823, death reported on the 14th November 1823, he lived 72 years, he was a resident and citizen of Slupca, he died due to old age. At death he left his widowed wife, Regina, born Kaluszczynska. Death reported by Piotr Rolasinski, a brewer, 50 years old, and Grzegorz Trebaczkiewicz, a master butcher, 37 years old.

Witnesses: Andreas (Andrzej in Polish) Paszynski, Ignatius (Ignacy) Wesolowski, and Andreas (Andrzej) Pachowicz, citizens from Slupca.
