Johann Gottlieb Bechmann mason and resident here died on 12th April [1846] ??? in the 5th hour. 75 years, 10 months and is it 3 weeks or 3 days? Then I need help with the rest.

Transcription:

Mstr. Johann Gottlieb Bachmann, Maurer und Einwohner allhier starb am 12ten April früh um 5 Uhr in einem Alter von 75 Jahren 10 Monaten 3 Wochen und 1 Tag als Ehemann an der Brustwassersucht und wurde am 15ten ejusdem in U. G. begraben. Predigt und mit Orgelspiel verbundener Gottesdienst folgten der Beerdigung.

Translation:

Master Johann Gottlieb Bachmann mason and resident here died on 12 April early at 5 a.m. at the age of 75 years 10 months 3 weeks and 1 day as a husband from dropsy of the chest and was buried on the 15th of the same month in U. G. Sermon and service connected with organ playing followed the funeral.
