There doesn't seem to be much help lately with translations, so I will offer a little help based on previous translations I've received.

I'm not much good at reading German script, but I can read the first line: Franz Anton was an honest young man (honesti juvenis) and Rosina is a chaste virgin (pudica v,).

My guess is that Franz was not of legal age, due to the "juvenis." Again, due to having received translations for similar marriages.

The last line, I think, are the names of the witnesses.
