Translation/transcription request, Eltville am Rhein (Kirchenbuch)

Hi, would appreciate assistance in transcribing the following entries:

First one is a baptism from 1813 in latin:

Second one a death in 1849, I can read all of it except the name of the place of origin (appears something like "Binl," but this doesn't sound familiar

Translation of the baptism:

Born and baptized on the 2nd September

Clara, legitimate daughter of Franz Klumm, citizen and winemaker here, and Elisabeth nèe Schmitt his wife. Sponsor Clara Klumm

In the death record I read also "Binl", but I can't connect it to any location.
